I purchased a touch up procedure from *** around Christmas time. I told her id be in town in Jan to get touch up I paid 175 for. She works out of a dentist office at the address provided because she has to work under a physician. She told me to let her know when I was in town so I did 01/16/20. She said she couldnt get me in after I drove 1300 miles. Then has ignored repeated request tyo contact me and will not. I asked her to refund my money and she said she couldnt that it was good for whenever. I wont be back to okc I moved to Florida and after this circus of her saying she's texting on my phone on her fb page but im not getting a thing, ive called her several times she wont answer, ive text messaged her, she wont respond,
She has blocked me from posting on her fb page, it seemed that was the only way shed respond and I will not use her again. I just want my 175 refunded back to me, please help me with this.ive had a hard enough time this past year after my son was killed in a motorcycle wreck, I dont need someone taking money from me for a service I paid for that im never going to be able to use because she couldn't get me in.Thank you so much

The consumer bought a touch up special in plenty of time to schedule for when she was in Oklahoma. She failed to make an appointment She called and texted demanding I get her in in the next two days.
She got a discount for paying up front and they ad said I'm booking in FEB AND MARCH no refunds

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received services and wont. I just drove 1300 miles , she said she might be able to work me in but id have to drive to Ada, first off it wasnt feasable for me to go sit and wait for her maybe to get me in. I let her know when I was in town. She *** was over booked. Ok understandable , I was there only for 5 days, when she wouldn't respond, I was getting upset its a 175$. I was never demanding or said anything negative towards her or her work. I only felt it was the business thing to do as a solution because I couldnt get services from her that I paid for. I did call her that monday night twice, she never answered. Had She Communicated Better I Would Not Have Had To Post On Her *** Page, It Was The Only Way I Could Get A Response From Her. Yes My Friend *** Sd She Buy It, But When She Talked to *** The first Time She Was Being Wishy Washy On The Price Difference *** Would Have To Pay . I Told Her In A Text Message *** Wasnt Going To Purchase MY Touch Up, Because She Couldnt Get *** to Respond To Her And That It Wasnt her Responsibility To Bai*** Out For A Refund She Stated wasnt refundable, Only After I Asked For One. I made every date suggestion I could ( I have those in screenshot) These Are Permanent Eyebrows Do You Think Its Wise To Use Her After This. Why Should I Just Hand 175 Over To Someone For Services Ill Never Get Or Want Now The Only Solution Is A Refund. Why Would A Business Not Think A Refund Is Justified In This Case After I Did Everything She Asked Me To Do. Usually The Business Works Around The Clients Schedule She New I Was Only Going To Be In Okc For A Short Time. So She Overbooked Herself And Im Back In Florida. I Feel A Refund Is Due Period.
