Permanent Impressions Concrete

Review: I contracted with Permanent Impressions Concrete for stamped concrete at our home. It was completed on 6/17/13. We were told that the product would last for many years and need to be coated every 2-3 years. We paid $14,250 for the project. The concrete became spotted and has chipped extensively. I initially contacted the contractor on 5/12/14 (less than 11 months after the project was completed. The owner refuses to return calls.Desired Settlement: I want Permanent Impressions Concrete to correct the problem by repairing the concrete.
