Permagroup

Review: Permagroup recently completed a job adding their spray on siding of my home. The work was completed in a professional manner and for the most part the end results are very good. We were told upon signing the contract and again as the workers left the site and a final inspection would be done by Permagroup to ensure no issues remained and they we were satisfied with the final outcome. The job was completed on July 6th and the workers indicated that someone would be calling on Monday to do that inspection. That call never occured. I phoned the salesperson that we dealt with during the project a few days later and he indicated someone would call. Again no one called back. I called the salesperson back again around July 30th and told him there were some spots around the house that needed touching up and most importantly we were not able to open any of the windows on the first and several on the second floor, they were painted shut. He said that someone would call that night, no phone call has been received. It is unacceptable that they would not come out and fix items that need attention from the work they did on the house. All the windows on the first and second floor of the house could be easily opening prior to their arrival and work.

Desire that Permagroup respond to their repsonsbility for a final inspection of the work and repair items on that list that need attention, especailly the windows on the first and second floor that cannot be opened from the inside.
