Review: A lumber rack was delivered to Permacolor to be powder coated. When the rack was picked up, it did not fit on the truck it was made for (and dropped off by). It was completely bent and would not go on the truck. Then he completely overbent it the other way. We are very concerned about structural damage. Armando does not care. He even refused to deliver it after he screwed up. He is a complete jerk and does not care about whether or not he ruined the structural integrity of the lumber rack. We are also concerned about the powder coat cracking due to him bending it twice after the powdercoating was done. He made us pay cash because he admitted he has had numerous problems with people stopping payment on checks in the past. I wonder why people have stopped payment in the past?! Something to think about.Desired Settlement: The structural integrity of the lumber rack should be tested and remedied and a new powdercoating should be redone after structural integrity is restored. We do not wish to do business with Permacolor Powdercoating in the future and would like them to be responsible for paying for the above to be done by a professional.
