I have received a letter today from you about a complaint you received from *** *** **., ID #***.We have already resolved this with Mr*** yesterday by giving his down payment of $back to him I spoke with him on Monday, October 26, 2015, and he said he would be by
our office sometime today to pick up his refund.We hope this resolves the issue and Mr*** is satisfied When I spoke to him yesterday, he said all he wanted was his down payment back since he was not able to purchase the vehicle.Regards, *** ** ***, Office Manager
