WARNING: Read your contract VERY carefully and don't rely on what the owner promises.
I agreed to pay $3,000 for 150 feet of seamless rain gutter. I received just under 40 feet total (which had to be replaced because the initial job was of sub-standard workmanship and was not seamless rain gutters). The other 100 feet was not provided because, the owner claimed the reference on the contract (which was added AFTER I signed the contract) didn't include the additional seamless rain gutters we discussed in great detail.
I believe I have been ripped off.
