was non- refundable since we would NOT rent that spot to anyone and save it for her and her husband till they arrive.since they would be working on a job near by.We are a RV park, NOT  a trailer park and we have only a small amount of monthly spots , and the rest are daily spots. $ 35 for 20 or 30 amp and$ 45 per night for 50 amp, this is on our website too.This is our busy time and if you want to rent for a month then it must be paid in full. The monthly spots are different then a day spot which would onlyrequire a deposit, since you would only be here a short time.I was very clear in explaining to her this. I insisted she take time to think about it and let me know if she was interested. She called back frantic and said there is no RV spot available that she called and wanted to take this spot.  I had her read our rules and email me that she would agree to them, and she did.We saved the spot for her and a week or so later I did call her letting her know we are still full and we cannot promise her a 50 amp spottill one comes available, and she said that was fine.NOW, I got a hateful call from her mom about carma? and she puts a bad review ( LIED) on Google maps about our RV park, and this harassment HAS TO STOP!We are a honest RV park and are very clear.  We will NOT give a refund as we held her spot for her.
