Periodontal Associates of Memphis

I set an appointment with this doctor's office two months in advance. When I took off from work to honor my appointment date and time I was notified that my appointment had been changed by the office to a different day because they could not reach me by voicemail. The office manager was very ho-hum about the situation and explained that there was nothing she could do even though I was honoring our original date and time, but she was sorry that I had taken off work to honor the appointment. I bet I wont get a $25 rescheduling fee paid to me from the Doctor. I would not refer this Doctors office to other friends, family or co-workers. Our time and employments are important as well, and (in my opinion) this Doctor's office's scheduling practices seemed less than professional on a number of levels.
