Review: I have been having issues with IMAPing my email which service is provided by this company. My email client is Outlook 2013. I never receive progress reports on this issue.I have attempted to esculate this issue by contacting [redacted] (Executive Vice President, Products, Strategies, Services) and A[redacted] (Chief Technology Officer), but neither of these individuals have ever returned any voice mail messages (I have left repeated voice mails for both)Desired Settlement: That SilverSky will make the changes within its software that will allow their software to integrate with Outlook 2013.
Review: We have had [redacted] since 1997. We chose a net-based service, as the e-mail address would never need to be changed as we moved from one [redacted] post to another over the years. We pay $70 every two years for their service. The business ownership seems to have changed, and [redacted] has now added the name [redacted], which is also a part of [redacted].Somewhere during all of this business activity, and the addition of new storage services, our e-mail messages and messages stored in folders have disappeared -- and they keep disappearing to this very day.I have worked with their support service, based in the [redacted], since early January 2015, and have spoken with [redacted], and others, under ticket number [redacted]. To their credit they have spent a great deal of time on the phone with me, but the problem persists. They recently bumped-up the case to their administrators, which changed nothing, and, in fact, they now seem to have absolved themselves of the situation. I would like this technical failure resolved. I would like to hear, for example, that they will send a tech to my home and get to the bottom of what the problem is. If they would even ask me to bring the computer to [redacted] or [redacted], for example, I would hand-carry it there so it could be studied.I could, of course, cancel my service and go with another company, but that would entail a change of e-mail address, which we are loath to do after so many years and a trail of so many entities that use our current e-mail address. We want our e-mails back. We want this continuing problem to be resolved successfully. It's very clearly "buyer beware" of [redacted] for reliable e-mail service.Desired Settlement: (see "Complaint Description" above)
