To Whom It May Concern,

I purchased a bottle of cologne (Lacoste "Style & Play") from said company (Perfumes For Less) located in the Green Acres Mall in Valley stream, NY. upon arriving at home I sprayed the bottle once and realized that the scent was fake. I have been using this cologne for 7 years now and I know the true scent distinctly, and this one was a "knock off". I called the representative requesting to speak to the [redacted], she gave me the run around. Finally, I called back at the end of the day and she gave me a separate phone number for the [redacted] ([redacted]). I called him and he was very uncooperative, I explained to him the situation and asked if because of the special circumstances I could receive a refund he said no. I asked if I could speak to his [redacted] he said no. (For the record at the bottom of the receipt it states no refund: 7 days for exchange or store credit) , BUT I would think that applies to genuine merchandise sold to the customer, this was not.
