Perfume Angel

Review: I ordered cologne from these people and paid $30.17, which included shipping. They claim they shipped the product, but I never received it. They somehow shipped it by FedEx but it was turned over to the post office. There is a tracking number that says it was delivered, but it wasn't delivered to me. They admit it might have been delivered to the wrong address, but don't care. I have not signed anything confirming delivery and they refuse to replace the product I never received. I phoned FedEx and they will pay for it if the SHIPPER files a claim with them, since FedEx turned it over to the post office. The seller absolutely refuses to back their delivery policy and rejected my PayPal claim. I therefore lost the $30.17. At this point, I could care less about the money. This is a dishonest company with no business ethics. I want to file a complaint against them and let people know they do not back their deliveries. I've purchased from them many times before, but they would rather lose me as a customer than replace the product I never received.Desired Settlement: I most just want to let the public know.

The customer without waiting for us to address and resolve their order delivery problem, they asked paypal to intervene and paypal investigated the case and ruled the case against the customer.
