11/22 placed order for creed perfume and paid $207.47 order # *** with 2 day shipping and received confirmation my order was being processed
12/3 emailed customer service - asking where my perfume was? They never responded.
12/4 held for close to an hour for customer service and was told my order was canceled by processor. No clue why since the charge appeared on my credit card and I had already paid the credit card bill.
12/4 told by customer service to place order again while on phone. Used a different credit card and was charged . Order # *** 12/11 - My husband called to see where my order was. They said processor canceled order, even though the 2nd credit card also went through. Held for close to an hour.
12/11 told to try again. My husband placed the order again, this time with a 3rd credit card and used our home address instead of my work address. He paid $216.03 for overnight delivery. Order # ***, charge appeared on our credit card. The order did not ship.

I purchased a bottle of cologne online yesterday 6:14am for 237.89. Which was a gift that I was having delivered directly from company. I called this company to put the correct apt# with the delivery. I was told over the phone that my order had been cancelled due to a billing address dispute. Which no information was sent via or call regarding this. I made the same order over the phone with the customer service rep. With the correct billing address attached to my debit card. She told me it went through and it would be delivered the next day. I received an email saying this order was canceled as well when the office was closed for the day. This morning I called and spoke with two very rude women, one being a manager named Mary as if it was no big deal this company canceled two transactions of 237. 89 each taken out of my account that won’t be released for 3 to 7 days. I have never had any issue shopping with this compan now. I have never had such poor customer service as this before either. I was only trying to purchase a birthday gift for my nephew. How can these people tell me my billing address is wrong when I know for a fact it’s not.
