Performance Tile

We hired Performance Tile (***, owner) in December 2019 for a bathroom remodel and did faulty plumbing on the tub drainage hook up. This faulty work caused flooding in our room in two adjacent bedrooms and hallway damaging wood floors, dry wall, etc. *** filed a claim with his insurance company, but did not have proper coverage.
*** has avoided multiple calls and texts to resolve this issue. Homeowner was forced to file a claim with their own homeowners insurance thus resulting in high out of pocket expenses. Will likely have to take *** to small claims court to recoup deductible and other out of pocket expenses.
