Performance Settlement

I started my consolidation with Performance Settlement team about a year ago with 10+ accounts to settle.

Now we are almost a year in, and 7 out of 10 accounts have been settled.

They have answered my questions every single time I contacted them (and it's been quite an amount =P) and provided me with excellent services and advise.

I highly recommend this company. I have already 3 friends using their services and they are also extremely happy with their services

Performance Settlement is one of the most professional and 5 star customer service companies all the way. If you are considering bankruptcy or have fallen behind on debt, give this company a call first. They will help in every way they can. Also make the stressful process a lot easier when dealing with debt collectors etc... The first four months into my program they already settled 6 of 19 creditors. They are so wonderful and also keep you updated at all times. I would definitely recommended this company to any and everyone.

I found myself in a financial hardship where it was impossible to pay my credit cards which I was living off of. I didnt want to claim bankruptcy and I did want to be responsible and pay my debt. I found Performance Settlement and have to say I feel as though they held my hand during this rough process, explained everything to me where I could understand the process. Over a year ago I was drowning in debt and with no where to turn. Peformance Settlement was there and assisted me with paying off my debt without me having to declare bankruptcy. Today, all of my debt is paid off and I could be happier. My advisors were always friendly, helpful and understanding during the entire process. I cancelled my account with this company on 9/15/2016. I was told that a refund check would be mailed to me in 7-10 days. I have yet to received that check. I called them again on 9/29/2016 and was told that the check would be mailed out in 3-5 days. Today is October 8th and still no check. This company seems to have a problem with refunding consumers money.

I recommend Performance Settlement Group because their customer service is excellent. I can either email my questions or call and I have always received resolution of my questions or concerns witin 24 hours or sooner. Customer Service representatives are courteous, professional, and efficient.

Performance Settlement is a life saver. I'm a disabled veteran and had a lot go wrong around the house and with our car. I put myself in so much debt we were having a hard time keeping the lights on. I called around to find out what my options were. Performance Settlement was the only company that talked to me like I was a person. This is a awesome company to help you get back on your feet. Michael P was outstanding. He went up and beyond to explain everything to us. My wife and I are extremely happy with Performance Settlement and with Michael P. The best part was the person you start out with is the same person to the finish. Other companies could learn something from them.

I have been with Performance Settlement since November 2015 they have helped me so much I have save money and I am able to get my meds & groceries plus pay house payment, lights, insurance etc. without worry. Since I have been with I have been able to pay off two of my credit cards. They are some off the wonderful people they to help you get out of debt. I really think God sent them to me. They are awesome !!!!!!

I have been with Performance for about 5 months. So far, my debts have not been resolved as not enough time has passed but they are very close to the negotiations with one of my creditors and I am confident that this will go as promised as they have been very honest from day one about the reduction of the amount of debt that I would actually pay. My payment was lowered immediately and I have not received one call or letter from a single one of my creditors as Perfomance has handled all of that just as promised. The lower payment was a tremondous help but not having the stress of dealing with my creditors or being harrassed has been an absolutel Godsend.
Their support staff is extraordinary! Anytime, I email them I hear back from them in no time at all. If I call with a question or concern they are always so freindly and immediately give me the answers I need and more. I receive a statement evey month detailing the progress of my account and am updated by phone as we move closer to settling. I truly can't say enough about how amazing the support staff is at not only providing information but also comfort and encouragement as we go through the process. I look forward to wriing another extraordinary review at the end!!
