Fleetwood Southwind.
We sold a radiator to wholesale account A Discount Radiator in Las Vegas on 8/14/14 and delivered the radiator per ADiscount Radiator's instruction to Texaco Super Lube located at [redacted]. We offer a three year warranty to ourwholesale customers-in this case, A Discount Radiator. When we were advised by our customer, A Discount Radiator, that the part we sold to them on 8/14/14 failed, we agreed to inspect the part for warranty consideration. Afterinspection, it was determined the radiator had a seam leak, which may or may not be related to a defect in material orworkmanship. Nonetheless, we agreed to replace the racliator at no charge. Our warranty is only for the replacement ofthe part and does not include labor or materials beyond the radiator itself. Restating, our warranty was honored to ourcustomer, A Discount Radiator, on 12/18/15 when we replaced the radiator originally sold to A Discount Radiator on8/14/14 as it fell within the three year warranty period.
