refund on general public buys only warranty. We let the customer know at the time of purchase.  The individual buying the part is whom the part is warrantied to.  [redacted] is the only person whom we did business with.  Therefore the warranty belongs to [redacted]. For example if a shop buys a part from me and then the shop does a resale, or simply to resale at shop price that warranty is between the shop & their customer. Warranty is void to third parties. We try to give the best service possible to our customers at all times. Because we know they are the ones that keep us going. The only time I give out my bosses #"s is when someone is difficult on the phone not comprehensive to what we have to say or demanding cursing our ear off over the phone.
