Performance Property Management

I have been with Performance Property Management for 4 years and I have found their service hugely lacking. This has finally come to a point that this year they failed to pay my 2018 taxes on time and to provide NR4 form that I need to submit my tax return. As a result, I will fail to get back the overpaid taxes. For 2 months now I have been calling, leaving messages, e-mailing and no response. This type of service is unacceptable

I had to terminate them and they refuse to return my keys which are my property. The owner, Mathew R., no longer responds. They have also performed an unauthorized transaction out of my tenants account and to date are refusing to confirm cancellation of pre-authorized transactions. They also billed for services without notifying me.
