Performance Properties

I recently leased a suite from Performance Properties LLC, [redacted] at the Hickory Hill location which includes 4 private suites. I signed a 1 year contract with Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] breached the contract by changing it from my business to making each suite individually owned which is not what we upon originally. Due to the inconvenience of my business standard of procedure/clients, I decided to give them a 30 day notice, relocate my business and requested my deposit. Mr. [redacted] and partner within the business denies my request.Desired SettlementI would like to receive my security deposit.
