Performance Plus One

Review: Requested a repair of rear-main oil seal. The repair was aimed to stop oil from leaking onto exhaust manifold, which caused smoking. Customer service was very poor. There were pricing inconsistencies (changed the final price quote at least twice AFTER STARTING THE REPAIR JOB). Charged fees unrelated to repair job ($40 charge for adding fuel). The breakdown final invoice was confusing and misleading. The final invoice displayed a total payment of $201.17, when in fact, a total of $501.17 was paid ($300 before repair and $201.17 after repair). The owner used two different business names on receipts/invoices - [redacted] and Performance Plus One (see attachments). After my vehicle was allegedly repaired, the exhaust smoking had not stopped. Additionally, the invoice showed where 10w 30 oil was added to my engine when the engine specs clearly call for 5w 30 oil. I was avoided after asking for explanation of service and details on invoice. The oil is still leaking onto the exhaust manifold causing the engine to smoke which gives every indication that the vehicle was not repaired. After paying $501.17 for repairs, I still left with the same problem.Desired Settlement: Since there was no explanation of the services performed and no evidence that the problem was repaired, I am requesting a full refund of $501.17
