We have a very good reputation, and is reported in various places on the internet. When we worked on this car, and found the fuse blown, we... notified the customer that this MIGHT NOT have "solved the problem" and if the problem returned, we suggested they take the vehicle to an automotive shop that specializes in wiring issues, and suggested Lakewood Electric Automotive at the corner of Kipling and W Colfax Ave in Lakewood Colorado. We received a call from Mr [redacted] complaining about the time we spent diagnosing the problem and the charges 200.00. I asked him what he thought would be a fair resolution and offered an immediate 100.00 refund. He expressed his "happiness" at that suggestion and thanked us while still expressing his joy/happiness/gratitude. We sent/gave them a check in the amount of $100.00. The check we gave them has cleared our bank, thus, they DID receive the refund check. She does not wish to pursue the issue. When she gets older and has more of a backbone, I hope she will not allow businesses like yours to take advantage of her. $100 for a replaced fuse is unreasonable.
