I have four houses that Jacob has worked on in Sacramento over the years. He was always on time, on budget, and cleaned up to where we didn't know a plumber was there at all.

Today he fixed a water heater in one of my rentals today in record breaking time, on short notice, and the tenant was elated that she didn't have to delay going to work for him to finish.

I will call him again when I need plumbing fixed.

I just wanted to say that I was feeling nervous and upset about having to track down a plumber to replace my garbage disposal and much to my surprise I came across performance plumbing and [redacted] came out and took care of the problem and as he was doing the job I stood there while he explain step by step what he was doing and ask me if I had any questions it didn't even seem as if I had a problem by the time he was finished he cleaned up very very thoroughly and asked me if I was satisfied with the job and I said yes I was and I will be calllng him back in the not so distant future for some other plumbing needs.
