current store thecustomer is servicing at. They were In full understanding that if they could not resolve the concern we would have no problem resolving it. The other servicing dealership appeared to be completing all thesteps necessary through [redacted] to resolve the customers concern. Unfonunately, the customer still hasthe vehicle at their facility at the moment to resolve this concern. We, Performance Motors, havefollowed up with the customer multiple times throughout the process toassure we are assisting the customer with any needs possible.
