estimate to [redacted] for the build back. When that is approved we can schedule for work to be completed. We made an appointment to come work on the property and no one answered the door. With [redacted] we have an app to check in and out of a property. After the complaint date [redacted] scheduled another return trip for the following Monday 10/30 to complete work. We showed up again to complete the work and no one answered the door again. I believe later in the day they were allowed access on 10/30 returning later in the day after the 1st attempt to gain access of the day. There was documented appointments from us as well as [redacted] to schedule appointments that were missed.
