At this point, we mailed him a check for $as a courtesy, and it got lost in the mailHowever he has left several abusive reviews and has been tarnishing my name that at this point he is asking for more money and I am not giving him anything anymoreI would like the abuse to stop, he is going to all social media sights bashing me, and is completely unprofessional

I am rejecting this response because: This an untrue statement, he never mailed a check and has lied stating he mailed the check, then he lied and said his "check system" had a problem, then he lied and said I cashed the check and he had proof. I posted an honest review on his Facebook page and an honest review on his Google My business page, his response was to have his family members and friends post fake reviews on my Facebook page. Clearly some integrity is needed in his business practices.

Response taken over the phone by Revdex.com Resolutions Consultant Spoke with Michael F[redacted].  He states that he went to the building to clean the carpet. I told him it would be $255.00. He said that was too much and he only wanted spot cleaning. He stated to barter with me. He said he only...

had $150.00. So I cleaned areas in the building and it took me about 30 mins.  I charge by the job. I charge by square foot. We offered him $50.00 to appease him sent him a check. Now he is asking for $75.00. We say no the the $75.00 refund.
