If I could choose a ZERO for their rating that is what I would chooseThe worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my lifeCollectively
the most incompetent and rude staff I have ever come in contact withI was quoted for "premium" brake pads which I was assured it would be "just like the ones from GM"Two days after having the new pads on I noticed a loud grinding noiseI returned to Performance and was given the run around for about minutes then I had someone look at the vehicle only to tell me it was fine and I "must have had a rock stuck in there" (they never saw a rock but in all of their infinite wisdom just knew that's what it wasI was sent on my way only to have the noise return within a dayI returned SEVEN times and was treated horribly I was made to wait for HOURS while others who arrived after me were serviced and sent on their wayAfter about $and no resolution I had no choice but to return the car to the dealership for service where the brakes were inspectedThe brakes were warped, loose, the cheapest brake pads (not even close to the "premium" brakes I was charged for), rotors were destroyed (and this was the first time the brakes were changed as this is a fairly new vehicle so no they were not "turned down" previously)PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE IGNORTANT THIEVES!
