Had my winter performance system inspection check performed today by Chris M*** Chris has performed several of these services on my Trane system which was installed by Performance in December of 2012, and like many of the other techs that have performed these maintenance tuneups, he does a great job and is very professional Performance has been providing excellent service for us for years and I highly recommend them for your HVAC needsThanks to Chris and all of the staff at Performance!

Be very careful about the prices they quote as they are on the high end I was charged $for two capacitors in addition to the $I had also agreed for complete cleaning on a Bryant air conditioner that they stated was in very poor condition The tech did not tell me there were large rusty holes in the casing of the roof unit or I would not have agreed to the high cost of cleaning I found out he could have put $capacitors in there, knowing it was on its last legs, but instead lied to me that they normally cost $each Another company I later found out only charges $each for large capacitor installation The next 2nd opinion I got due to the cleaning not working for extreme odor showed me photos of dirty wires in ties that were not taken apart and cleaned and a lot of dirt at the bottom of the unit He said it was not at all cleaned how the receipt reads He said that one small and one larger capacitor were put in, but they should have been the cheapest available since he already had the unit supposedly apart when he said they were bad I wish I'd refused the replacement, not knowing any better since I did have cold air, athough unbreathable with fumes not fixed

Rich came out to my house for a routine maintenance visit and checked out my AC system thoroughly He made sure that I was installing the air filter correctly and answered all my questions

I am disputing the $499 charged to my Discover Card on 11/18/16 for bogus cleaning and repairs on a broken machine. The tech never told me there were several large rusty holes in the casing and that the Bryant System was 19 years old and beyond repair. They also charged me another $499 on another card which I have not disputed for this is the maximum they should be paid for a bogus cleaning.

Very impressed with Justin S. From Performance Air. He is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. Grateful for the long day he put in. He made sure I knew how to operate the new thermostat and thoroughly went over many other features. Thanks to him we will all sleep much more comfortably tonight! Will definitely stick with Performance Air for any future needs. Thanks Justin! Was a great experience over all from beginning to end.

I like this AC company because they get the job done. Period. They are friendly, very efficient, and go the extra mile. While showing me how to install the outdoor filer, Ken got the 12-foot ladder, removed all three of the indoor filters that I didn't need anymore, AND changed the light bulbs while he was up on the 12--foot ladder.

I have been a customer with this company since 2010.

We had an issue with our heater on the coldest day of the year, a Sunday no less. Performance air was open and they sent out Anthony. He did a great job figuring out what was wrong and getting it fixed so it could safely run. He found some issues that were from the previous homeowner and their ac installer. All very go information that I wish I had had before I bought the house. Performance air will be my first call from now on. Anthony was very friendly and professional.

We were formerly with another company that Performance Air bought out and we can't say enough good things about Performance. Our old A/C system had to be replaced recently and they did a wonderful job. From Mike, the Service Manager to initially came out to try & fix the old unit to Justin and Chris C., who installed the new system, all were so professional and courteous. Justin and Chris C. worked well as a team and always had covers on their shoes when entering our home. They didn't leave until they were satisfied that everything was working as it should. We wouldn't hesitate to recommed Performance Air to our friends.

Sometime last month (March 2016) we had our old airconditioning unit serviced as part of the annual maintenance service by technician Rich L Not only did Rich do the job promptly and efficiently, he also courteously made some good observations and suggestions about our unit that we will be considering. We were quite impressed with Rich and look forward to his next service.
