I am rejecting this response because: Although the reply was posted 6/I do not believe that The Travel Center is actively working to process my refund in full or in partI last talked to MrJeff H*** on 6/with regards to resenting a fee to clear the immediate release of fundsI sent that day the requested $Since then all calls to the main phone line for The Travel Center and all calls to Mr H***'s phone number have gone to voice mail with no return callsThose numbers are ###-###-#### and ###-###-####All emails have gone unanswered, those being [email protected] and [email protected] could be that the refund is being processed but I was told that five days after processing the fee, I sent in 6/12, I would have a wire transfer of the refundAt this point I have neither received the refund or heard back from The Travel Center as to when I will receive said funds.
Therefore I would ask you to keep this complaint open at least through 6/as that would be the end of business days that was stated in their reply back to you

we have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] and are currently processing his full refund. He will be receiving his refund in full within the next 5 business days.
