MJD's Property Solutions does NOT agree that we should be responsible for this second "erosion" repair.  Our wall was constructed per our original agreement.  Additional erosion control was NOT part of our original contract.However, our company currently has a perfect rating with the Revdex.com....

 We would like to keep things this way.  We will return to this site to make these repairs.  We are doing this only to keep our positive rating.  Our company currently is approx. 4 weeks out on projects like this.  We will return mid October for this work before the start of the winter season.  I would encourage the customer to contact me via email at [redacted].
