I am rejecting this response because:
I did receive a response from the company I am still not happy with the companies practices and feel its advertising and business practices are very deceptive After much research, I finally located the original purchase I made that generated the next charge of the $ The company says it's stated that if you don’t cancel within 14-days, you will be charged monthly thereafter I still hold the firm to the belief that there was no such statement or it was so well hidden in very fine print as to deceive the buyer Also when the charge for the $showed on my bank account, the name of the business is totally different than the one I made my original purchase from That is what led to this complaintHad the same company name and correct phone number been on there, I would have never contacted your office Thank you for your time and efforts to help my attempt to solve this matter.

Dear [redacted], I have researched the information you have provided. Perfectly Posh, LLC does not show as "PERFECTION" as the merchant account on your credit card statement. If someone used your credit card and made a purchase with our company, the merchant would appear as "Perfectly Posh, LLC." on...
your statement. Additionally, we do not have a toll free number of any kind here at Perfectly Posh and the number you provided has never been associated with our company.
