on february 3,I signed a contract with perfection construction & remodeling incthe owner of the business is schiller mercier they were hired to designed architectural/structural plans for a new construction custom home summer kitchen and pool enclosure with 5,square feet the project was for 6,dlrs this included electrical plan architectural design the first deposit was for 1,second at the preliminary was for 1,the third @ final drawing for 1,all this was paid I have checks to prove this took from febto july I was waisting my time his drawings were not done professional I was not happy with his work and he kept asking for more money even though he was not complying with his work at one point mrschiller came to my place of work and ask me for 1,because he was having financial problems at this point I was desperate I wanted him to finish my plans he begged me for 1,I ended up giving only dlrs I should have not but he has a ways of brain
