Friday, February 13, 2015 *** ***, We received the Revdex.com’s letter about *** ***’s complaint, we’re very sorry to hear the she’s has not received the refund that was promised to herI was recently in contact with Alexis the office manager whom is not available at this timeHe sends his apologies about the situation and tells me we’ll be sending a refund of $todayHe asked me to explain you he had a family emergency come up and he was force to go overseas to resolve the matter, this happened on the week he was supposed to mail the refund, he had completely forgotten mailing the paymentWe have the check that’s been sitting in Alexis desk since DecemberAgain we’re sorry it took this long for a refund to be mail.
