I bought one RO system for my home from Perfect Water Technologies. The installation was very simple, I had a small issue with one part when I contacted them they provide excellent customer service. at another occasion, I had a question about the system (I was too lazy to read the manual) I sent an email. They emailed me back and followed up with a phone call few days later to make sure everything was OK. The product quality is superior and their customer service is outstanding. I ended up buying another system for my office. Very happy customer, thank you.

Bought my Perfect Water RO system from Amazon. After I hooked it up no water would come out of the RO faucet. After some problem determination found that water was not exiting the shut-off valve. E-mailed the company and they suggested taking the valve out of the set up altogether since the permeate pump will act as the shut-off valve. This allowed me to enjoy filtered water while a new shut-off valve was shipped to my house. They emailed me a schematic so I could easily take out and later reinstall the shut-off valve. They followed up with emails to ensure that I was running.

Besides having a great product, their customer support is fantastic. My often-used system that was relatively new was experiencing flow problems. When I called for support, I was able to speak to a knowledgeable and experienced person who was able to very quickly diagnose the issue. Beyond that, this person was patient with my line of questions and could very easily walk me through the relatively complicated troubleshooting process. After the initial problem was revealed, this person was able to ship a replacement part immediately. After I received the part, I was able to call back (and speak to the same person), who walked me through the installation process. They then followed up with several (unobtrusive) emails to ensure that the system was working appropriately. Overall, an A+ customer service experience! I'd highly recommend them for their product alone, but the quality of service was really a positive surprise.

I've been extremely impressed by this company. I love the product and we have had great tasting water. Two years in, I had a problem after replacing some filters. The company was instantly responsive, provided great email support (usually within hours), and when we discovered I needed a new part, sent it the same day. This is a great product, the company stands behind it, and the support is crazy-good. My highest recommendation.
