Perfect Touch Cleaning

Review: Perfect Touch Cleaning incorrectly scheduled me for a day which was impossible for me to agree upon and then declined to return me half the money that was paid in advance. It was NEVER communicated to me that the money was non-refundable. I would never pay non-refundable fee for cleaning. Not only Perfect Touch cleaning not admit or correct their mistake, they showed no remorse or attempt to make alternative arrangements that was anything other than what was their own mistake. I find their business extremely deceitful - they should not be allowed to do business. They are simply stealing consumer's money.Desired Settlement: The only normal desired outcome out of this situation is a refund of $100 that was initially taken.

Review: [redacted]. (no last name provided - even on business card) Owner/Operator of Perfect Touch Cleaning of Delaware swindled $80 from us for cleaning services never rendered. We asked for a reschedule date to which she agreed, cancelled the day-of; we agreed to have her come the next scheduled cleaning and got a no-show again. She would not answer calls from us. Correspondence over email was cut off with us, stating that we had no contract with her and that she was keeping our money (she will ask to pay one week in advance). Please notice that her website also appears to be a fraud, with no links to google+ or facebook (just a facade, like her business); Her business cards have no address, no last name (just initial), making a difficult report to Revdex.com. We plan to report to Wilmington/Newark and Bear DE Police Departments to hopefully enable other victims of her scam some collective recourse.
