Review: I purchased a gift voucher for my parents December **from groupon for a couples massage. The first day that my parents went they were late the [redacted] told them to fill out a form, that verify who they are they both signed. Then she took their voucher that had the prove of the purchased gift, and said she will keep this in file for when you come back. She then made a new appointment for them on March **, and tells them she need the voucher. She said she can't do anything with out the voucher that she herself took from them. My parents asked her for the papers that they filled out and signed the first time they were there, and the [redacted] failed to show those papers. She claimed so many people come, and she cannot keep track of them all.

She lied about the reason for them signing the papers, and she took advantage of them by taking the voucher knowing that it would be needed for there appointment.Desired Settlement: $139
