This letter is in response to the rejection of our response from the *** residence. They rejected our response because they claim they didn't
receive their full refund. We sent them a refund check for $on March 1, 2018. The ***'s started service with us on December 13th, and at that time they paid $for months of trash service. Their service dates as well as weekly charges are as follows:12/14/17 $4.5012/21/17 $4.5012/28/17 $4.501/4/18 $4.501/11/18 $4.501/18/18 $4.501/25/18 $4.502/1/18 $4.502/8/18 $4.502/15/18 $4.502/22/18 $4.503/1/18 $4.50Total $54.00According to our records, we should not have sent a refund check to the ***'s at all because of the actual pick up days that they received. We chose to refund the entire month of March so that we could avoid any further issues with the customer. I have enclosed a copy of their account information for proof of start date for the customer
