Perfect Productions

Review: We used Ellissa Fallo/Perfect Productions to purchase airfare and hotel for a friends wedding in the [redacted] Elissa was the wedding planner for this wedding so many guests used her to purchase their airfare and hotel. Elissa was EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with. When asked to give prices for different flights/dates she would never give all of the information we needs/asked for. After approximately 100 emails back and forth we eventually purchased two adult plane tickets and all inclusive hotel to the [redacted] for one week. We also purchased trip insurance because we were due to have a baby just 4 weeks before the departure date. Elissa assured us that if we needed to cancel our trip we would only lose the $200 of trip insurance we purchased. Our baby girl ended up coming late and we decided my wife would stay and I would go on the trip. We contacted Elissa a week before departure to let her know this was what we were going to do. She said that wouldn't be a problem. There would be a slight increase in hotel fees because there was only one person staying instead of two, which we were fine with. She also said it would be 8-12 weeks before she received the check from the hotel and she would then cut us a check for our refund. That was May 15. Today is December 27. We have NOT received any refund from Elissa and she will not respond back to us when we contact her regarding our money. She owes us approximately $800 in hotel and $1000 in airfare. Perfect Productions is anything but perfect. The others who booked through her, including the bride, have all had problems with either getting refunds or travel information, including travel documents and hotel confirmations. Do NOT use Elissa Fallo or Perfect Productions for any of your events.Desired Settlement: We want to be refunded our hotel and airfare for travel from Alaska to the Dominican Republic.
