Tell us why here...I have spoken with the customerThis was an unfortunate miscommunication that we take very seriously and has since been handled by our Customer Service ManagerThe call took place over the weekend when we did not have a representative immediately available to speak with her, but
the issue was resolved early Monday morningAfter explaining this, Mrs* was completely understanding of the situation. We have also taken the proper steps to staff more adequately during weekends to avoid this issue from occurring in the future
