Review: I went to treat myself to a pedicure and gel manicure on 6/*/13. When I arrived at the "SPA" I was told to wait a couple of minutes which turned into 45 minutes before service began. The employee ([redacted]) proceeded to do my pedicure and gel manicure until it got extremely busy. Once she "completed" the work she said she had to go to the next person and the Owner will seal my nails and cut them. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the owner to then come to my attention and seal my nails with the sealing solution. I then told her that two of the nails had to be filed recoated with clear polish because they were not done correctly. When I attempted to show her the work she started yelling the issue is your nail not the work. Then she yelled you said [redacted] no good! I asked her to calm down and to please fix my nails. I showed her the polish that was on my cuticle and skin. The owner then walked away from me while I was speaking. I then went to the front of the salon and waiting for my husband to pick me up. While I was waiting I saw another knick on my nails. I then went back to the owner and showed her my nail. At that point she then took my right arm and shoved me and screamed Go talk to [redacted]" !!! I filed a police report and I am seeking to press charges. This establishment should be closed down. No one should ever put their hands on someone, especially not a paying customer!Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund of the service rendered and I am pressing charges. Also I want this issue to be reported.
