Louie Lupo called to respond and stated we did not prepare the site , Kenny Carson of Carson Excavating prepared the sight.We did the job through him as general contractor, we poured the concrete as the third party subcontractor

Louie called again and stated: Our contract was for a sidewalk. The consumer originally wanted a driveway. But it was too costly for her. So we agreed on a side walk(per the contract). The consumer used the sidewalk as a driveway and was parking cars on it, which caused it to settle and crack. It was not set up for that.  If it was a driveway, it would have been 5-6 inches w/wire and rebar instead of 4 inches without rebar. If Perfect Masonry came to the home and stated they would re-do it, as she said in her complaint, it must have been Brian, my ex-partner (who also signed the contract), as it was not me who came to the home. (Brian is no longer working at all) I have not spoken to the customer since the job; she may have been talking to Brian. This is one of the reasons we are no longer in business together and I am "out of business" now.
