On June **, 2015, *** *** (*** of the *** ***) contacted me via my web site for various items that she was looking for for the *** *** of *** *** ***ersity. After several e-mails and phone conversations and working with her showing her my suppliers web sites for
ideas, she narrowed it down to stress balls and calendar magnets. She even called one of my suppliers without my permission (Tradenet Publishing) to check me out as a distributor. She then sent me an e-mail that they were ready to proceed with the order and gave me the numbers of the items she wanted. I have this as a matter of record and she also told me she had the funds to go ahead with this order. I proceeded to do drafts for the magnets. I told her that I needed high resolution art for the MBA logo or it would not print well. She contacted the art department and then forwarded the e-mail to me with a note from the art person that these would be ok for vendor to use, meaning me. I then sent e-mails to *** asking her for a ship to and billing address. She said she would get back to me as no one was giving her that information. We then had a verbal conversation on July *** where we decided to go ahead and billing information would be forwarded. *** *** then sent me a link to become a licensed vendor. When I asked her to call me about this we had a heated argument where she said she doesn't recall ever having this conversation with me and that I would not be paid unless I was a licensed vendor with *** *** ***ersity. No where in any conversations or e-mails did *** *** ask me if I was a licensed vendor or that I had to be one for me to get paid on the stress balls which I told her had shipped. She also knew they were coming to her home address and accepted them. I sent e-mails asking her to help me resolve this issue between us and she refuses to answer. She knows she did the wrong thing and I believe she is covering for not informing me
