This company is charging for products never received $79.99 twice in one month. I can't find a number to call.
I use to receive hemp oil from Ultimate labs in Florida for 2 bottles in the amount of $29.99. All of a sudden it stopped. When I called them they referred me to a very kind person who said said they would send it out. I never received anything! All of a sudden I get a bill from Blessed by the earth Anaheim CA for the amount of $79.99 not once but twice in one month. There is no number that I can reach them.
Refund to my credit card.
I have had this account for several years however I have not received the product for the last 6 months. I want my product or money back

I have made multiple attempts to stop this company from charging my credit card. I put my credit card on hold with the credit bureau for 3 months to stop them and as soon as I turned the card back on they charged the $79 again. The original company we set up the free trial was changed right after we signed up and we have not been successful in stopping the charges. The phone number listed on this website (Revdex.com) is disconnected as well. All I want is for the unauthorized charges to stop. The few charges are listed as "Blessed By THE Earth" Anaheim CA 92801 not Perfect Heath Oils as the packaging says. That is why it is hard to chase this down.

All I want is to stop them from charging my credit card and to stop the oil shipments. It is now impossible to stop them as they continue to hide under different company names.

We received your complaint #XXXXXXXX regarding your Perfect Health CBD Oil account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on November 19th, 2017.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $79.95 for the Perfect Health CBD Oil fourteen days from the date that the order was placed for the product. These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product.
When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $79.95 on December 5th, 2017. You were continued on in our auto ship program that sent out a new supply of the Perfect Health CBD Oil every month at the price of $79.95 until we would receive a request for cancellation.
According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on October 22nd, 2018. At that point the account was promptly cancelled and there has not been any further shipments or charges since the last one dated October 5th, 2018.
Unfortunately, this account is passed the point where would issue any type of refunds or credits. We can assure that you will not receive any future shipments or charges.

I thought I was purchasing a $4.99 bottle of CBD Oil and I received a $94.99 withdrawal from my account afterward
On Oct. 16, 2019, I ordered what I thought was a $4.99 bottle of CBD Oil as a "gift" for answering a survey. I didn't notice any language pertaining to subsequent charges. On Oct. 31, I was billed $94.99 and I do not want to continue with this. My order number was XXXXXXX. There was no indication in the email confirmation about the product that there would be any membership fee or additional charges. I suppose it was tacked on inconspicuously somewhere on the site where I first ordered it. It was billed on my VISA debit card. I called customer service and they would not cancel it. They wanted to drop the price from $94.99 to $25 a month and give me a $100 "rewards voucher." Please help

I have tried to cancel shipment for months. I send back product unopened and I still receive the product the next month. I have tried to call. No #.

Our apologies for the late response on this compliant it seems our fulfillment team was delayed in getting this to us.
We have reviewed the account for *** and see that the order was placed for a 14-day trial on 09/07/2017, the customer was billed on 09/22/2017 on the 14th day from the day the order was placed. She was billed for the end of trial charge stated on the ordering site and terms.
These terms were presented to *** in multiple places on our website when *** ordered our product. When an order is placed the customer must clicked a button indicating that they do agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms *** could have called our customer service team or emailed us at our support email and we would have been happy to assist ***.

Refund not being given back on shipments sent back to them unopened.
Calls were made on November 16 2017 to cancel and they continue to ship these orders of oil. Everyone one was shipped back to them unopened and never touched. I have been charged 19.99 every month since November of last year and never refined. I called again November 2 to cancel again. He told me I would only get two month refund. One for this month and last and that's all. I have a tracking refund number which is XXXXXXXXXX.
Refund since November of 2017 but supposedly I get the last two months back. I'll believe that when I see it.

I have sent several oils back to the company, but I kept getting them. can some please reach out to them. I don't want to get any unwanted bill.
It was sometime in January 2018. it was for a free trail.

I thought I was only getting a free sample and they continued to send me monthly oil and charging me a phenomenal price which I hadn't anticipated.
I ordered CBD oil as a free sample. It was hemp oil not CBD oil they sent multiple times. My credit card company called and told me this company was one that sent a free sample and then would send monthly renewals for high prices. They also gave me the phone number so I could cancel. I called and cancelled, but they kept sending it. It didn't work and I didn't want it any more. I can buy the real CBD oil here in my state for a cheaper price and it works. When I got today's package, it made me angry and I tried to get the phone number, but the one I found online doesn't work. There is no one to talk to at that company and there is no email as far as I could find. I do NOT want to pay any more for this. I have written them a letter, telling them to unsubscribe me from their mailing list and will send it registered mail with a return address. I don't know what else to do. I think a legitimate company would be easier to to get in touch with and wouldn't keep sending things after they send a person a free trial. A trial means to try something. If it works and you know the price in advance and would like to order it, then you could. I had no idea they would be sending me more nor the price. I think this is a terrible business practice.

Misleading sales tactics for a trial bottle for $4.95..then they start charging you $79.00/month. They have no telephone number or email to contact.
Initially this so called company was Organix. It advertised free bottle just pay shipping. Never did I sign up for continued monthly bottles! When first bottle came there was no phone number or email to cancel. Also, the bottle changed labels each time. This last bottle says Perfect Health Oils. It did have a phone number. Was able to contact a rude person that sounded like he was from India. States was unable to refund the 2 unopened bottles. Only could refund 30% of this last bottle. He stated would cancel further shipments. The credit card I used 3months ago is no longer valid due to someone using it fraudulently. He then gave me a number to give to my bank for the refund. That makes no sense! They scammed me out of $160!!

Need to stop receiving a product, that I did not order.
I have received three bottles of hemp oil from this company that I did not order or sign up for. There is no contact information for the company. I have not been charged for the product yet. But I really would like to resolve this problem now, before it really becomes a bigger problem. I will be wanting a refund if and when charges from said company should appear on one of my cards or banking.
