[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] I need to add further that I asked Perfect Dental to adjust my new denture ( remove some of the plastic further) but they refused toAs it is I cannot talk comfortably or chew comfortablyIts only a matter of removing some of the plastic
Perfect Dental has not contacted me at all since I filed this complaint I have only continued to receive bills for the charges under disputeIn addition, I continue to have pain in the area where Perfect Dental had implanted fillingsI
recently had this work examined by a separate dental practice and was told that the nerves in these teeth may likely have been damaged and that they may be fractured as wellI was also referred to an endodontist and may now potentially require root canal procedures on these teethI am extremely distraught by the treatment I have received from Perfect Dental and am prepared to take further legal action if this is not resolved in the appropriate manner.Regards,

Patient had a denture delivered on 1/20/16. The patient was satisfied with her denture at her month follow up appointment but a month after that came in saying that she felt the teeth on her denture were too wide and wanted them redone. The doctor advised the patient against the redo
because it would go against her esthetic profile. Patient came back 9/14/and stated that now her dentures were too big and wanted to get them redone. The new doctor started the redo denture on 10/7/with several impressions and try-ins with final delivery on 3/7/17. Patient came back a month later for a follow up where she complained against the redone dentures. The dentist tried adjusting them but the patient isn't satisfiedPerfect Dental’s number one goal is patient’s oral health and satisfaction. Our resolution is a full refund to her insurance company so she is able to get another denture at another dentist office without any additional cost to her. Please let me know if you have any questions.Have a Great Day.*** ***
