Perfect Circle Construction

After the last "record breaking" rainstorm we had, my roof had a leak. Initially when I contacted them, they were very friendly and said they'd get right over and take a look at my roof, then give me a call. Four hours later after not hearing from them I called and left a message. Since no one came or called me by 5pm that day, I called them again, and left another message. They finally went to my home, but it took another couple days and several phone calls from me (and leaving messages), before I was able to get a quote on the repair(s). They told me they would schedule my repair the following week.
NOW it's the end of the following week (Friday), and no one has bothered to return my calls and I have left messages on three occasions.
NO WAY would I do business with this company. I have worked in sales all my life and NEVER have I left a customer sitting and wondering WHEN I would show up to do any promised work. I also would NEVER neglect to return a phone call from a customer.
VERY POOR BUSINESS STANDARDS!
