I am rejecting this response because:
The job is still not done, we're past Wednesday/Thursday. Today the gentlemen told me they had about an hour of work left and they would be done. I brought up some concerns with them about areas not finished and they assured me they would be done today. The main thing I was worried about is the 4 areas at the corner of the house (he referred to them as pigeon holes) are still open. They have been open since last week and I see how they got their name, I wouldn't be surprised if some birds took nest in there at this point as long as they've been open. The top bedroom window is also missing a red siding piece along the top of it.When I spoke to the project manager and brought up having my bill reduced. He seemed hesitant about this. Here's my further reason why I believe it should be reduced:I found out this week when the roofers removed my satelite dish, they damaged it. The company had to put in a new dish. The wires for the dish were behind the siding still when the cable guy came - I had noticed this during the week and asked if it was possible to get it unblocked and they said that wasn't a problem, but I guess it was since it wasn't done. They had to run new wires to the dish since they couldn't access the old ones. The hose faucet was unscrewed from the siding and has not been screwed back into place. The swing on the front porch was taken down and never put back up. The flag holder on the house was taken off and broken. Somehow the roofers managed to break the solar light post on my fence. Most of the bricks in my driveway have been knocked out of place. My yard is still full of nails (when the roofers were here, they left a razor blade in the yard, I'm glad I found it before the dogs or my nephews). The upstairs skylight had the inside part cracked/broken - I had already talked to the roofing manager about this and agreed to let this part go, but that was before I had a million other issues come up with the company.The gutters for the garage were put in but it seems to me like the drains were put in odd spots. One ends with a long run along the top of the landscaping brick in my backyard. I imagine if it's left there it's just going to wear down the bricks it's draining onto. I was planning on doing some gardening work here but wasn't expecting to have my backyard taken over for a month. The second drain goes all the way out to the alley/road. I'm waiting for somebody to run over the end of it.

requests to Home Advisor for free estimates.  Not only have we responded to those requests, she would probably have had several other companies try to contact her as well, as Home Advisor is a lead generator for people who want home improvement  estimates.  There should be no reason that [redacted] will ever receive a call from our company again.

production manager saw that there was snow on the roof of the home, the two parties agreed that the customer would contact the company at a later date to inspect and if not correct Perfect Choice Exteriors would gladly handle any of the areas of concern. We do not show any phone or service call records since 2/9/2016. We would request that the customer contact our office as agreed and we can schedule a time to meet and inspect the work. As for the contract pricing, Mr. [redacted] signed a contract for 10500.00 on 11/24/15 as well as a credit application and finance paperwork. The finance company as well does a phone audit to ensure all work is complete and that the customer is aware of all terms and conditions of their financing. Perfect Choice Exteriors also notes that the customer was sent out an approval letter on 11/25/2015 from our office and there is not a record of the customer contacting us regarding issues or questions with the financing we were able to provide the customer. We wish to inspect and resolve this matter with the customer. Please see a copy of the contract and credit application that the customer was given a copy of at the time of signature.

The production manager told my wife, he would come back when the snow wasn't on the roof ! We never told him we would call the company back ! We knew their was a problem, we we're waiting for him to come back like he said he would and correct the problem ! That's why we haven't contacted the company again !
Perfect Choice never went into details about any financing options ,they just told us ,we will apply for financing for you ! Their was to different contacts. They kept us in the dark about about financing company until the work was done! they had no intentions on telling us about Aqua finance predatory practices ! They know how this company has a high interest and how it accrues daily ! They could gave us a better financing options! They just wanted to get the sale and that's all that mattered to them ! Their quality of work is terrible! They don't care about the customer! They have a history of treating their customers like this! I'll be calling the company manager to fix the problem ! I'm a very dissatisfied customer who has been taken advantage of ! I'm hoping I'm not forced to pay over 10,000 dollars for a poor job! If so please fix the terrible job you did !Companies shouldn't be able to take advantage of hard working people !

Perfect Choice Exteriors has received the response to our response and would like to address this issue internally as well as request a clarification on the document that is attached to the consumers response titled: Mid Illini Credit Union- we are not exactly sure where this document came from but it is not associated with this file. We again have provided the documentation on the contracted services as well as the signed credit application that the customer acknowledged. Perfect Choice Exteriors made the customer aware that the financing was approved and the finance company themselves audit the customers job for completeness as well as making sure the customer is aware of the terms and conditions, at NO time did the customer dispute the financing or terms, if that would of been done Perfect Choice Exteriors would not have been funded and we would of been notified immediately, to discuss any concerns that the customer may have. We will discuss again with management regarding the laydown of shingles and be sure to address that and any workmanship concerns the customer may have with the customer. In closing Perfect Choice Exteriors maintains an impeccable track record with all finance companies that they work with and are expected to uphold standards and ruling by each corporation. Perfect Choice Exteriors only conducts business with corporations that acknowledge and follow all credit and lending guidelines as set by local and federal governing agencies. We will consider this case internally closed.
Management has informed the customer complaints department that the customer is on the schedule for 3/11/16 to address all concerns at hand. Confirmation with the customer will be done 3/10/2016. ::

I'm still not satisfied with the quality of work that was done ! Perfect Choice knowso for sure the work was done poorly and now they refuse to stand by their word ! They told us they do a professional job ! If another company or party came out to inspect the job , I'm sure they would agree with me ! Can we have a third party come out and inspect their work ? Perfect choice told me they accepted the first finance company that approved our credit. I think , they should inform their customers when they set you up with predatory loan sharks who take advantage of hard working people ! I have a good credit score of at least 650 , I really think I should have gotten better financing options then what was proposed to me ! I guess, my mistake was thinking they were honest and had my best interest at heart ! I thought they would couch their business in a reputable way ! Now I'm dealing with a finance company who is a loan shark ! The finance company Aqua Finance did not send out their official contact stating the terms and details of the loan until after the first payment was made . I think this was a dishonest underhanded tactic ! I'M Hoping , I'm not stuck dealing a company that using these practices ! I'm blame perfect choice for not giving us better financing options that were available to us ! I'm hoping perfect choice will stop taking advantage of hardworking people , instead of just trying to get a quick sell to fatten their pockets! I was preyed upon this company ! The knew exactly what they were doing and they doing it to so many other customers who hasn't said anything about it! This kind of business needs to be shut down .

I was contacted on 8-8-16 this is the 12th time I've asked to be removed. I have been persistently patient with this matter but has turned into a form of harassment and will be seeking legal counsel. Seems as if this is the same response to every opened case against this business. I had one of their reps at my house one day while I asked him to remove my name from the calling list and he acknowledged that their system needed improvement as he has been at a customers house doing estimates and this company calls while he's there. I have had them call me 10 mins apart one time. So I do not accept this response as the problem has not been fixed since 2013 when I started to ask to be removed from list.

Ms. [redacted] name and information has been deleted from our data base.  There will be no further contact attempted from our company.

Perfect Choice Exteriors besides this Revdex.com complaint was not notified by the individual at anytime to not be called. Perfect Choice Exteriors does not think that the Revdex.com should follow this as an actual complaint as the person lodging complaint is not a customer, and was not provided any service or disservice of products, sales or installation, nor did Perfect Choice Exteriors disservice the customer by means of advertisement
