I purchase a Jaguar xtype for $2,from Perfect Choice Auto on July 14, I was told everything was checked my their mechanic and he found noting wrongI drove the car for a bout or minutes when my wife notice smoke coming out from under the carLuis, The man who was showing us the car told us it had't happen beforeHe told us he had been driving the car for weeks and it had no problemsWe trusted him and just assumed it was not a big deal, He offered to take $offBut when they did the paper work, a different man put $2,on the sale priceHe told is it was so we didn't have to pay as much when we went to register the car I finally went to the DMV on July 27, 20018., and for the first time I took the car out, after driving for less than minutes the engine light came on, the car started losing power and it just stopthe engine was still running but the car will not go forwardWe had to leave it on the side of the roadI contacted Luis at P
No I do not have a receipt,why would I think that I would need a receipt? When my children's father [redacted] is the owner of Perfect Choice Auto an was the one that performed the work to my vehicle, I have pictures of the damage to my vehicle that was caused by Perfect Choice Auto

I am rejecting this response because: I have proof of the damage of my vehicle, the chip paint and dent on my vehicle , please by all means allow [redacted] to file charges, Mr. [redacted] is allowing his personal grudge to cloud his business decisions, I have twins by Mr. [redacted], and he's a married man, so [redacted] is mixing the two business is business, so if it was damage done to my vehicle from his company it's only right for [redacted] to fix the problem, if Mr. [redacted] needs this problem to be in the hands of the court, please by all means Mr. [redacted] can file charges, I've been trying to get [redacted] in court for a good while, Mr. [redacted] is doing the foot work for me, thank you [redacted]
