Hired Jaime Perez to remove toilet and vanity in bathroom and remove entire floor and replace old wood with new sub flooring and build new vanity and install new vanity and faucet and shut off valves install new tile in bathroom floor all materials were supposed to be included except tile that I was to purchase.
I would like for people to be made aware of this person so he will not be able to con someone out of money he keeps asking for more up front for supplies.
