Review: My wife & I hired this company to move us temporarily into an expensive A/C controlled storage unit. The movers/workers shoved/stacked all of our fragile glass wear, TV's, & furniture into the storage unit. Causing 2 TV's to shatter, dining room table scratched, china cabinet broken, & punctured a large hole in a $1000.00 mattress. The movers also left a piece of furniture at our old house that was sold. I was compelled to rent a Home Depot truck to remove the piece of furniture for the new home buyer. This company was very uncooperative with helping me financially resolve any/all issues with the damage done by their employees. It took me a week to constantly call a company representative to come out & look at all the damaged furniture. Upon the company inspections of all the damages. The employee was unwilling to resolve any of the concerns. They tried to back their way put of paying for any/all of the damages. Needless to say, I paid over $1300.00 for a company to destroy my belongings & make hardly any attempt at resolving my issues.Desired Settlement: In light of the amount of damages that occurred by Arthur Perez professional moving company. My wife & I would like a $1000.00 refund from the $1300.00 paid to this company for their services. This amount of many doesn't even cover all of the expenses I have incurred from damages done by their company.
