between both timesWe had a contract that stated you would pay $(plus Tax) per month and you paid a total of monthsThe break down of this is as follows:5/22/- 5/30/= days5/9/- 6/17/= days6/17/15- 6/25/= days Total daysThe prorated amount per day would be $per day times days shy of so the total refund would be $This is what was offered to you yesterday before making the complaint, you accepted and the refund is going through.Also please keep in mind, we did not charge an "early termination fee" both times you had the device removed before the contract, that you signed, was up which would have equated to $212.94. We also, in good faith, gave you a credit from the first time you had it in and removed, which by the contract was not our obligationYour circumstances are unfortunate and we would like to help that is why we calculated out the days and are refunding the unused portion of your rent
