White glove service. The place is gorgeous and we love it for dad. They were the ONLY ones who really worked to find something in our budget and even negotiated prices to be lower for us—this never happened with any other placement person we had worked with ever. They talked to us about many homes and why they picked them. They held our hand the whole way through. We are so happy with their recommendations!

Review: November 22, 2015 I paid Peppermint Palm Senior Care (PPSC) (acting as an agent) $4,000 for my mothers one months care at [redacted] facility. My mother died the next day. I contacted [redacted] to be sure they were paid (they said they were) and to inquire about the refund. They stated that any refund would come from PPSC. Was able to contact PPSC through their website and requested the refund, by phone message 1-6-16. Since that time I have submitted request: 1-8-16 via phone [redacted] (and 1-11-16), website request 1-8-16 & 1-11-16. PPSC replied via email requesting home address - sent reply with address at 5:29PM 1-12-16. On 1-26-16 I sent website message requesting status of refund at 8:11 and at 8:15 requesting business address. hat day I received in US post refund request forms from PPSC. On 2-1-16 returned completed refund request forms to PPSC. On 2-20-16 sent website message requesting status of refund and that I expected a cost breakdown of any refund. 2-25-16 received, by post, a letter from PPSC asking for a completion of Part G of their refund request form - that was included in the body of the letter sent to PPSC on 2-1-6, also sent to reformatted Part G as requested. On 3-16-16 sent website message requesting fallow-up and check from PPSC. PPSC sent (3-29-16 postmark on envelope) rejection letter for refund. This letter did NOT have: date, signature, address or amount of refund in question (although it did state I was entitled to equal value in services but no value provide). At this point I feel I have been strung- along with the hopes I would go away. Up until the letter post marked 3-29-16 no mention was made about a no refund policy, and amount in question or denial of responsibility. I can no longer find PPSC's website on the web and expect they may have gone to ground. I have copies of all emails and letters to and from PPSC if required.Desired Settlement: 1. a full refund of $3,500.00
