In Re: *** ***I have actually spoken to Mr*** and in much detail informed him of the actions taken by myself as an owner. That included discussions with my staff and manager on duty that evening as well as the other patron involved. From the information gathered by those
parties Mr*** was aggressive towards the other patron, there were words exchanged between them and the bartender and assistant attempted to defuse. Mr*** was not asked to leave by my staff. After hearing all sides I reiterated to my staff how to handle such situations. As well I personally apologized to Mr*** that he felt disrespected and invited him back as he had been to Peppers several times prior to this.
